I made a reservation a week ago, arrived at the hotel and the person at the desk tells me “we don’t have any rooms available””. I tell the manager “I have a reservation” and he tells me that all his guests have checked it. After an hour of trying to figure this out my wife, 3 children and I leave in search of another hotel room. It’s 12:19am as we drive towards Conroe searching for a hotel in a town full of booked up hotel rooms. I encourage Expedia to stop doing business with this hotel, honestly do t think I’ll do business with either of them after this nightmare.

To be honest the customer came on wrong date is why we had no vacancy for him. we apologize for that and hope he will consider our motel at a later date.

I was extremely surprised at the cleanliness of my room. It's a two-star and old. There were a few broken items and cracks but that's expected. What I did not like was the front desk attendant challenged me when I said the hand dryer in the lobby bathroom was broken. She told me it wasn't so we went to see and of course it was. As if I did not know how to operate a bathroom hand dryer. The second thing with the same front desk attendant ask who I reserved the room from. I said Expedia and she again said I was incorrect. So I mentioned to her that that's the second time you said I was wrong, but the fact is she was. Poor customer service.

Everything was clean and clean smell in our room. Perfect for our little familly to spend the night without any issues. I recommend it!
