Staff were hard to find. Rude when you did find them and ask questions. Came to my car one morning and a staff member was parked beside me, sitting in their car, the smell of weed coming from their car was so strong that it made me and my children nauseous. Then they returned to the lobby to work.

The room I stayed the tub wasn’t cleaned and it smelled like mildew

It was not up to par with all the other holiday inn locations I have been to. It was outdated, had tattered, old furniture, & had a wet mop, mildew smell

We were traveling home from Florida and booked a room with 2 double beds. When we check they said they were out of rooms with double bed, and she told us she could upgrade us to a suite with a sofa bed. We go look at the sofa bed to see if it was broke down, and just like I thought it was. The room also had a stranger odor to it. The lady at the front said that she would authorize a refund and we still haven’t seen a refund. The property is hard to get a hold of.

Our check-in was friendly and easy and her dining recommendation was perfect. The room was clean, cool and comfy.

First, the room was humid even with the air conditioner on and had a hard time sleeping because you always felt damp. Second, there were no USB connections in the room. Third, there were two bottles of conditioner in the shower instead of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would never stay in this facility again
