Bed Bugs in this hotel. It was horrible. Bit by multiple and I have the scars to prove it.

The staff are friendly; floors dirty, stained carpet especially Hallways. Good breakfast tho but out of regular coffee and no backup to slot right in. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

Roaches were in the first room they moved me immediately. Second room was not properly cleaned: dust on the shelves and towels dingy looking in need of replacement not just bleached Rooms smell stale

The property itself is in an unsafe area, and is FILTHY. Even the most basic level of cleanliness isn’t achieved. In addition, it smells awful. There was no one on the property except for one staff member who was not in any type of uniform. The hotel does not even remotely look like the pictures on the listing- it’s absolutely false advertising. I found a different hotel to stay in because I was not staying in filth and have yet to receive any type of assistance or refund from Expedia or the property.

The room was minimal. No tv menu or directions. No shampoo, just conditioner. Coffee maker was missing the brew holder and front desk supplied one the wrong size. Shower was left with someone’s cloth. Toilet was not clean. Toilet seat was loose. Sink doesn’t drain properly
