Well located and rooms are nice. Need some maintenance and should have more flexibility for international guests.

The hotel was ok.. the staff was ok but the lady up front was rude … they forgot de towel every single day we have to call them for the same thing .. but location was ok near to the mall ..

Hotel was clean, updated and bed/room was comfortable. Staff was excellent, spoke English, and gave us good recommendations for shopping and dining, etc. Included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location was convenient to who we were visiting and the park/zoo one block away was a fabulous discovery!

Location was very good but room wasn’t very clean we complained the staff several times during our stay of 8 days but they didn’t bother
