It’s not good when it’s raining with thunder and lightning and the power goes off like 7 times. Come on your a Wyndam hotel and you dont have a good backup generator???? Also, the ac in the rooms don’t work very good. If it wasn’t close to stores and restaurants I wouldn’t stay here.

We had a problem with the staff after checking in. They knocked on our door twice. First time was to ask about the air condition. We didn’t report any issues. Staff member had the wrong room. Second time unknown, again, had wrong room. Last night of our stay, the valet was missing from his position and we had to get front desk to take care of the car.

Air conditioning in room didnt work despite attempts to fix. Was not offered alternative room. Room was 26 celcius, 100 degrees f outside
