Overall had a good stay, but the water in the shower constantly changes from warm or hot. We enjoyed our stay, staff is super friendly and helpful, we will be staying here again.

This was a great place to stay at, my only complaint would be the shower water switching from extremely cold to hot randomly. Staff was attentive, breakfast was delicious, housekeeping was great! Easy location for the use of Ubers. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

The location is perfect to walk to the Parque Fundidora. It was basically only a 10 minute walk to the park and there are lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins drive. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing is some staff doesn't speak English so there were no communications when i went downstairs to have daily breakfast. I felt a little left out since the servers didn't speak English so they never came by our table and always avoiding our family while they were extra friendly with other parties that spoke Spanish.
