Terrible. Trying to get a refund now. Located in the equivalent of skid row in Monterrey. Rooms were disgusting, they couldn't find our reservation for 30 minutes, and we ended up leaving 3 minutes after we saw the room with wall paper peeling off the walls and stained yellow sheets.

Property is in need of cleaning/ refurbishing. Still a nice place to stay.

Too many men all around the property and no security. The smell of the hotel was musty. Plus the water wasn't hot. Many other things

check in time 3pm but didn't receive my room until after 4pm. Very loud and unsafe area. Customer service was horrible
