Room only for one night, room suite, restaurant near the hotel, it is a safe place, I recommend it is an option for the city park is very close

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Monterrey. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when we had a medical emergency by calling for emergency assistance without any charges. The location is highly popular with plenty of nearby activities, including restaurants, museums, and bars.

The hotel itself is nice, BUT to our luck we got locked out of our own room for over an hour at night.. until front desk finally decided to provide us with another room for the night meanwhile they got our original room open.

The access door has difficulty opening. the sink faucet is leaking water

Air conditioning not working properly, had to request room change to a cooler one. Towels and sheets were old and looked almost grayish when they are supposed to be white. .
