The hotel is on a shopping center which is convenient if you want to buy or dine without leaving the property........There is no free parking you have to buy a card to access the parking and its a bit confusing but it should nt be if the front desk explains you how to used it and that is the problem they did nt tell me how it works and i had to buy several cards

Nice location but

But area is noisy.
No drinking whater was provided the first day.
No kleenex, wash cloth

Very nice hotel with a private elevator and great selection of restaurants.

Reservation in junior suite 1422;
Toilet water supply valve would not turn on;
Had to fill toilet tank with water from the vanity faucet, fortunately there were two glasses;
Many dining options nearby including Starbucks;
But also noisy nightlife so be ready;
Elevators can be busy;
No VIP upgrades;
Overall average.
