The hotels A/C was not working and when we asked at checkin about the warmness in the lobby they stated that they had issues but it was resolved. Not true we had to change hotels since the A/C was not fixed and was very hot and humid in the hotel as our room. They were not very communicative about the issue. Disappointed with this hotel.

When we got there they told us that the A/C not working so they send us to a different hotel
They did not offer me any incentives so we downgraded to a different hotel
