Room had no heat. There was no WiFi when advertised there was. Shuttle to town only went to 6 o clock pm so you couldn’t even stay in town long. Driving back and forth was crazy only because you couldn’t even park when down in town. Asked for a refund for days we decided not to stay. They said no.

It was ok old but clean the personal at the front desk very friendly. Good food the only thing is up at the hill not easy for transport.

Interesting place to stay
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsThis was a last minute decision. You must call the property to set up the time for the shuttle to come to pick you up, they only pick up between 6 to 7:30 PM. The ride alone was worth of the price we paid! The room was very clean, with no TV, no WIFI, and no microwave, which didn't really bother us. It was very quiet, the church bell rings at 9:30 PM and 7 AM. There are several hiking trails around the property but we didn't have the time to check them out. The breakfast was indeed, delicious!

Good location in hills. Provided free shuttle to town and free breakfast. Dinner available if needed. Very accommodating

Great, friendly staff at a hotel about 4km up from Monterossa with an amazing view of the town and sea below! The dinner is super great as well!

Beautiful property minutes away from town and beach. Nice to stay high above town as it's cool and quiet. Wonderful, friendly staff. Restaurant and cafe convenient and delicious. We stayed as a family with teenagers and they loved the quiet, cool reprieve at the end of the day as well.
