Property is old and in need of updating. Noisy between units. Water in the bathroom is barely a trickle and slow to warm up. No coffee in the room or on the property. Would not stay here again

Clean room but very small parking lot an bathroom needs an upgrade , mold on the corner bourds just definitely outdated

The managers were extremely helpful and everything was clean. Well maintained given the age of the building.

Night attendant Fred was very helpful. My room was immaculate, and the bathroom fixtures were quite modern.
Pelican Inn was a great value.

Don't want to say too much, because I want t be able to stay there when I need to, and if word gets out I may nt be able to get a room when I need one!
