Floor looks like they were never vacuumed. Walls are cracked with ugly patch areas. Looks like a beat up garage. Surrounding area in middle of seedy China town. Doesnt deel safe at all.

The Lincoln Hotel completed its latest renovation in August 2021. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Monterey Park, a vibrant business district in the Chinese community, on the bustling south side of Garvey Avenue. The surrounding area is filled with various conveniences such as restaurants and shops. We try hard to make sure all of our guests have a great stay as we are all about Satisfaction Guaranteed. It was a good hotel. Not the nicest, the rooms are a bit outdated but other than that it was a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice. All in all it was a great experience

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Allowed me to check in 1 hour early. Free breakfast. Nothing special but nice waffles. Coffee was nice too. The area was very safe. The bus (70) was just across the street. It takes you directly to downtown Los Angeles, Little Tokyo. Several museums.

The staff is welcoming. The equipment is a bit old but clean. Overall the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the service was good.
