I think everything was excellent except the a/c and heater need to be updated. Some remodeling of the room with new carpet or flooring would be nice also. The room and bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The man working there, Andy, was very friendly and accommodating.

Posted 22 Jan 2024 on HotelsSimple clean room, thin walls so you can hear everything but it was fine at night. The only issue I had was the door doesn’t have a deadbolt, just a lock on the knob and it didn’t seem too safe. Everything was clean though and nice for the price

Awesome staff! Quiet and comfortable! Staff exceeded expectations and were so hospitable. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Monterey! Would be my first choice and the price was reasonable. A

The staff is exceptionally friendly! Good water pressure, clean facilities. Our TV wasn’t set up, and it was impossible to do it myself. Room phone didn’t work too.
