Nice but no exras
Posted 11 Sep 2019 on HotelsNice enough but no extras e.g., no lotion, coffee, water in room. The pools closed at 7 pm. There was no explanation of services offered. The staff members were very nice.

Older traditional Italian hotel. Staff was tolerant of Anericans. Did not speak much English, and we did not speak any Italian. Restaurant is reservations only, and choice of meals/entrees is not an option... Must eat what is being served. Great spa. Many pools to choose from. Late check-out (until 7:00PM) was great.

Strictly Come Dancing
Posted 7 May 2013The place seemed geared for pensioners - thothing wrong with that if you are in that age bracket, but the pool was as hot as a bath and I was met with a surpirse bill of 46 euros when checking out for use of the pool, which was not signed anywhere. I have never come across the use of the pool as a surcharge before! The main bar area was dominated by a ballroom dancing class.

Hotel con potenzialità uniche ma in uno stato assolutamente trasandato, apprezzabile solo per la presenza di Y40. Il personale della pulizia è distratto e poco attento, la pulizia delle camera è stata dimenticata sino a tarda ora, e gli strofinacci per le pulizie abbandonati sugli oggetti personali del cliente. Il personale di sala in taluni casi è risultato un po' brusco. La dotazione delle stanze è misera, manca un bollitore (inaudito in un 4 stelle) con un minimo di tisane e/o Té e manca la macchinetta per il caffè; i cuscini sono pessimi e i materassi appena accettabili. Le piscine termali sono molto belle e piacevoli ma con arredi da piscina antiquati, le postazioni per idromassaggi sono in numero limitatissimo.
