Property needs to be updated, more seafoods offer because all around with coastline. More staffs need to be under supervision and retraining. This is a beautiful place I don’t want to see it go down

The staff at the restaurant are rude and disrespectful.

Nice property but some wear and tear. We were in the sentry building which was the newest building and there was issues with the tub being chipped and painting discoloration. The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour. It never cooled down and the AC never came up even after being asked to switch rooms. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and around the resort. The food was amazing but where our room was they blasted music all night which was frustrating. Beach sports was awesome and the staff at the spa was great!

This is my 4th time in Jamaica but first at Jewel Grande. This place met every expectation and then exceeded some. If staying in the Montego Bay Area I will not be staying anywhere else moving forward. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I had my 10th anniversary at the Jewel Hotel. Tameka set up a fantastic room and dinner for me. The dinner was by the ocean with a personal chef. Will be back
