The property is very well located in Montecatini Terme, everything walking distance. I would make some adjustments to the rooms and bathrooms. They had a great breakfast buffet. Awesome Spa.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. One morning there was not hot water.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
Wifi was not very good.

Posted 28 Jun 2018Spacious bedrooms, excellent food. Hotel coped with significant numbers without appearing rtf o be too busy. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The only real drawback was the lack is a shower curtain.

Hotel needs upgrade urgently
Posted 10 May 2018This hotel is well located but needs upgrading. The bed is not comfortable, the TV is very small and bathroom is old for an expensive hotel. But the hotel is well located.
