Appalling customer service. Waiting staffs attitude was abrupt and disrespectful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So much so that we left a day early. Miserable horrible staff especially the waitress that works on the breakfast buffet who actually accused me of taking a breakfast side plate! Additionally the abusive abrupt head waiter that brought out the buffet food was unprofessional and raised his voice to me across the dining area. Couldn’t wait to leave Boston Hotel, left a day earlier than booked, Would never stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for others to stay.

Posted 9 May 2023 on HotelsA hidden gem that is close to the Terme Station and center of town with only a 10 minute walk. We found a Ferris Wheel and Merry Go Round in the town square. What fun!
