Star’s in the morning.
Posted 21 Jul 2022 on HotelsThe hotel is sandwiched between the highway in the front, and train tracks behind. Got to the room, and the air conditioning was not on. We were told to adjust from there, which we did, before going out for dinner. The vault in our room was not functioning properly, desk came up to try and fix but not possible, and we had to carry our valuables. Returning to the room much later after dinner, we realized that the air was not functioning. They reset the system from the front desk and asked us to try again. After an hour, there was still no air. Called down, to let them know, and they graciously offered to change room. Child was already asleep, so we remained. The beds were like trying to ride a rollercoaster. High centre and flopping from side to side, in the heat. Breakfast consisted of pre packaged food. The only four stars I saw from this hotel, were from my back in the morning, due to uncomfortable beds. We were scheduled to stay for two days. We checked out that day, and they gave us a 10% discount to compensate. Appreciated, but did not have a pleasant stay.

Dear Claudio, unfortunately, as communicated by the receptionist on duty the air conditioning in your room
was broken and we were not able to fix it until the next morning with the technician. We therefore proposed a change of room that would have solved the problem, that you didn't accept. The elements of our breakfast (such as pies, cakes, muffins, jams, marmelades, scrambled eggs, bacon etc ...) are made or cooked entirely by our chef apart from Nutella and honey, which are in single portions, maybe you are referring to gluten-free products, which are single portions for obvious reasons of contamination risk. Unfortunately the position of the hotel cannot be changed, that is the reasen why our windows are sound-proofed.
We are sorry to read that your stay was not pleasant, we would be happy to welcome you again to give us the opportunity to remedy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was new renovated and was clean, spacious and very comfortable.The restaurant was excellent.

Kühlschrank war defekt.
Für ein 4 Sternehotel war das Frühstück sehr einfach.

Bel posto con servizio navetta gratuito e camera molto bella. Splendida la piscina e ottima la colazione.
