Only wish it was more affordable in the summer to take my family. Besides that, clean, confortable, very pleasant.

The room was a little dated. But it served our purpose. The bedroom was a nice size and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size also and very clean. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of parking. They also have a Bbq grill and a picnic table. Look forward to going back. Plus it’s across from the Ocean and a close walk to the town.

The property was clean, a great size and great location. My only complaint is that the kitchen cabinets and appliances were very worn and had paint stains.

I am giving three stars, but it is actually two and a half. The check-in is remote. We have received the text that the room is ready and headed to the hotel. When we arrived we found the room not cleaned after the last stay: full trash, bed sheets unchanged, dirty towels in the bathroom. We found cleaning lady on the property who kept on saying that check-in is at 3pm. There is no management on the property most of the day. The room was fine overall. Some furniture needs maintenance: there was a lot of stains on the couch and the mattress springs were worn. TV in the bedroom is unwatchable and needs replacement. There is a fridge and stove in the unit. The was a heat in the room and it was working well.
