Stay away !
Posted 9 Feb 2022 on HotelsBooked room arrived before 8 p.m as we were hungry we went into the restaurant ( in the compound )first having clocked the check in screen outside ! At 8.30 ish we proceeded to try and check in and the outside computer had been disconnected .We phoned all the emergency phone numbers . The platform also tried to phone the numbers to no avail. I live in the road and have stayed at this chain often .This one is a disgrace to the brand .
Confronted the receptionist the next morning and she played dumb

Young lady on reception didn't speak english. Couldn't connect to wifi and she couldn't help. Room smelt awful. Coffee machine broken at breakfast and very limited choices. Kyriad budget was far better. CNN in english but no other uk channels.
