We went this hotel before and we really liked it. So we wanted to go there again for the second time. But unfortunately our experience this time was not good. Yes, maybe price is very good but they really decreased the quality of the service! In the past, they had hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and many other things.. Right now, the only option is self-served waffle and some cream cheese and yogurt and bread!One morning I asked if they have scrambled egg and they said no egg! Other morning I saw some old boiled egg in hot water! One of the good things is that there is complimentary coffee available throughout the day but when I asked for a splash of cream, I was told that the cream is only during breakfast time! I am not a picky person but breakfast should be like breakfast! As I said, the quality difference is huge compared to previous years because it went down a lot, which is very disappointing.
I do not think that I will go to that hotel again.
