It is not made clear on the Hilton Grand Vacation Mont-Tremblant website that the hotel does not have any food service, a real drawback when the only restaurants or groceries are not within walking distance, you would need to take your car and pay to park. Shuttle stops at 5pm in September. We were visiting for one night only, the hotel was not able to check us in until after 4pm, and despite the Expedia booking indicated 11:00am checkout, we were told that was for owners only, other guests checkout was 10:00am. The front guest team was lovely in any case, and the outdoor landscaping and amenities are super.

As owner members, we appreciate this Club, despite the changes of management over the years (Intrawest to Embarc to Hilton Grand Vacation Club). Regardless, we enjoy our visits here.

very nice place, clean, friendly, bunch of activities to do. recommend for out of towners or even to escape the city for a while.
