Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious but do not go here if you do NOT drive. I repeat. It’s far from everything. No buses go here or shuttles cabs are super expensive and even the bike ride out into town took us three hours and then we had to bike it back. We were so sore. Other than that, perfect.

Mostly good
Posted 30 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay. Accommodation was fantastic and so clean. However no cleaners come and clean the apartment until you leave. Kitchen was well equipped. There is a dishwasher so bringing dishwashing tablets is a good idea. The pool and pool area was great with lots of sun beds. Avoid the restaurant at all costs. The meal we paid a lot for was cold and totally terrible! When we went to reception to complain we were told that nothing could be done as there were no managers on duty. When I emailed to complain I was told basically I was talking nonsense as they’d never had any such complaints before. Believe you me it’s the worst meal we’ve probably ever had! It was a disappointing end to our holiday.

Beautiful and enjoyable

A car would be useful to get about the area.
If like us the intention was to spend time in the resort and chill it was perfect.
Well equipped especially for children.

we spent one week from August 24 2019. As a group of 4 adults and 2 small children (3,5) we booked 2 apartments (one bedroom and 2 bedrooms).
Overall we had a wonderfull vacation and the property was more that expected- nice big apartment, good breakfast, swwiming pool.
We arrived at the property just after 18:00 and were surprised to find that the apartment are not ready yet.
the village is about 10 minutes away from a supermarket (at least 3) or a restaurant and it was hard to find a take away pizza.
I would rertainly recommend.

Great pool. Initially shown to one of only 3 appts with no real view when sitting in balcony and no sun even though they said it had view if gardens could only see trees after we went back to reception got lovely room overlooking hardens and pool not sure why this room was not offered initially is it due to we booked through Expedia?? Then Leonor lock broken and had to wait for 1.5 hours for this to be fixed no apology given at all
