Nice stay, quiet, clean, comfortable
Posted 3 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe enjoyed our one-night stay here, as we were in transit across France. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with my feeble attempts to speak French! The room was adequate, fairly spacious with good storage for luggage. The bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were fluffy and smelled good 👍 The bed was kind of firm but still comfortable. Just 1 pillow per person but comfortable. TV and internet worked fine.
Breakfast was good, lovely croissants. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Pasta bolognese was delicious. The fish fillet was also very good, the only problem was it was listed on the menu as being served with haricots vert but it was not. The chocolate eclair was delicious!
Overall a good stay and would recommend it. There are no tourist attractions within walking distance, so you need a car to do any exploring.

Didn’t expect to be so close to airforce base planes taking off and landing until very late, restaurant’s menu could do with being in English and other languages as not everyone can understand French

Perfect stop off
Posted 14 Aug 2022 on HotelsLovely and cool during the extreme weather. Staff helpful and friendly. Location was good. The floor could have done with a deep clean but everything else was fine. Very good value for money and it suited the dog as there are grassy areas for him to walk on.
