The room was freezing, there was no phone in the room to contact reception and the night receptionist did not know a word of English. The only restaurant in the hotel, which was also the only restaurant in that area, started serving at 8:00 p.m. and served only two soups and three rustic dishes, none of which could be eaten. It didn't even have a menu to choose from, and it was immediately filled with drunken men. It was like a nightmare for a family with children.

Dear client: Obviously you have not felt cared for as you expected and I am sorry, although I believe that your criticism is not fair, it is out of place and I must explain why.You are right that the room was cold because the weather is very changeable in spring and the programmed heating time was insufficient.Our hotel is in a town of 300 inhabitants in Rural Spain and has two stars.We are not required to have a telephone in the rooms to communicate with reception but instead you were able to call at 1.16 in the morning and speak to me in English which I understood enough to detect the problem and turn on the direct heating and it would not do cold because his own daughter came down to breakfast in summer clothes in a tank top at the expense of sustainability...I'm sorry that you didn't like our rustic dishes or our schedules, in Spain it is difficult to have dinner before 9 except in eminently tourist areas, on a Tuesday and in a small town don't expect to have fast food restaurants and a lot to choose from.I think the drunks' comment is totally out of place and does not correspond to reality. I understand that if your option is to travel in a bubble and isolated from reality, you were in the wrong place, although highly valued by the majority of clients.Sincerely:Cesar L

Fantastic hotel with good food and brilliant staff. Bit off the beaten track now new road passes the town, but absolutely fine for us.

Great location

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Lack of room amenities lets it down somewhat, no fridge or kettle, but that a minor thing and is outweighed by the location, village and views.

Señor Jordi Baucells Martín: Por recomendación de hoteles.com respondo a su baja puntuacion sobre su experiencia en nuestro establecimiento. Mas bien la explico: Usted llamó para atrasar la entrada de su reserva de dos días explicando que se había equivocado de fecha y asi lo hice. Llegaron, pasaron una noche y por la mañana dijo que se iban y que le cobrara una noche. Le dije que no podía ser puesto que usted había reservado dos noches a través de una intermediaria que me iba a cobrar una comisión por el total de dos noches. Acordamos que le cobraba una noche más la comisión de la segunda y es lo que hice. Sr Baucells usted eligió el canal de reserva, usted se equivocó de fecha, solo usted decidió adelantar su salida sin mediar queja ni explicación y usted decide quejarse ¿de mi?...Atentamente: Cesar L.

Una situación inmejorable para recorrer la comarca. César el propietario y todo el personal son muy amables. Admiten mascotas y todos nos encontramos muy cómodos. Restaurante con cocina de la zona y muy recomendable
