It is a good hotel comparing the prices in this area. However, they need to change the hand towels, which are quite worn out, as well as the bed sheets.

Thanks for the review. We have television in every room maybe for some reason you don't want to watch movie. When a gray screen popped up on the screen meaning the channel is not active at that moment, all you needed was to switch to the next channel. You has a sign '' DON'T DISBTURB' at the door when you checked in. For sure no one will ever enter the room upon seeing such a sign until you can call for room service which of course you didn't do.

Bed sheets had stains. Walked in my room to water on the floor from the mini fridge. They said they couldn’t give me a different room because someone else just checked out and it would take to long to clean. Check out time was way to early, which is 10:00 AM. by 9:30am someone was already knocking on my door asking when i was leaving. You only get one towel no wash clothes so had to go buy my own, no soaps in the bathroom to wash your body as well. I wasn’t offered no Wi-Fi, very unpleasant stay. Which i could get my money back but that’s a dream within itself.

I really liked the communication skills of the receptionists. I didn't like the fact that I wasn't given a key that I could keep. I didn't like the fact that the shower wasn't working.

We enjoyed our time at Bella Casa immensely. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The staff was very responsive and professional. They routinely went, "the extra mile".
