The toilet didn't flush or work the room was nasty the sheets were dirty and the pillowcases were dirty also!! Very dissatisfied and they would not even give us our money back!!

We stayed in a nonsmoking wing and staff and tenants were smoking all around, the rooms were in very poor condition the lights were not even plugged in so we walked into a dark room and it felt very unsafe.

This seems like a place locals come to have a party or do drugs. People were very loud. The room smelled clean but the bathroom wasn't very clean. Hair in the shower. At 4 am the room next door tried to open the adjoining room door. We stayed here because it was the least expensive option. I'd think twice if I had to do it again.

The woman told me she didn't have a room for me. I tried to show her my confirmation number, and she said it didn't matter, that she didn't have any rooms. No apology, no over of assistance in any way the lobby had a bad odor and there was old furniture piled up on the sidewalk in front of the lobby.
