Dirty bedding on pull out sofa, tshirt from previous guests found under the couch, no shampoo in the room but two bottles of conditioner, breakfast was disappointing, there was no meat eggs were dry and rubbery, not enough staff, host was doing clean up in the breakfast area and patrons were waiting to check out. Broken tiles in pool area. Expected better from a Hampton Inn.

I was charged for my stay directly by the hotel, despite the fact that I had already paid via Expedia. When I called to report the issue, the hotel never called me back and never refunded my money.
