Very outdated property. The room has a very strong musty irritating odor. The sheets and towels are very old and worn out. The tables in the room are in bad shape. The bed is not comfortable. The tv is snowy. The duvet stinks. The bath tub was scummy. When we asked for room service they never changed the sheets. When we called to ask why they didn't change the sheets they were rude and blamed us for not asking them to change the sheets! The staff are so unproffesional. We had booked for 2 nights, 1st morning they call us to ask what time we are checking out while we were not checking out that day. Then they come knocking on the door like the police after a little while wanting to clean the room while we were resting. It was not worth it. I don't recommend this place.

It was outdated. Beds were hard. Noisy by road. Table in room looked ready for the garbage. Washroom caulking terrible. Old. Dingy. Gross. There for 5 minutes. No refund.

Our employee help you out for a main floor room other wise your room was book for the second floor. All of our rooms are the same but not the way how you are describing. In this website of expedia.ca we did mention that it is not refundable. Thank You for your collaboration

Old building. Need renovation. Bed sheets and towels must be washed after every use. Seems they weren't washed when we checked in.

Thank you for your review, we greatly appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with this valuable feedback. According to our policy we change the sheets and towels after the person checked out. Our staff went to your room to change the towels but none of them were used by you . If you found sheets and towels were not washed at the time you checked in the room, you should talk to the front desk about this . I cross checked from my staff they gave you the service you asked about .

very basic but very clean. Good for ONE night stay. Take a room at or near the end of the motel as it is quieter.

Rooms were very clean, but drastically outdated. Our mattresses were very uncomfortable and the TV was very snowy; not a clear picture.
Staff was very pleasant and congenial.
