Hotel stay was great. The area outside the hotel was not safe. Phone stolen.

The place is amazing and in a perfect area ...
Close to the king palace and the Plaza
Near to so many restaurants and shops .
Staff are amazing and helpful.
The area is safe .

This is a really excellent hotel. Great location. Next to metro. Adjacent to all the sites. The staff was lovely. They gave us access to our room early. Lots of space in the room. Adjustable thermostat (nice and cold). Spacious shower. Comfortable bed. Hotel smells great as well. I would always choose this hotel when in Madrid

The room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff, Miguel was vey helpful. The location is central to everything for shopping, restaurant, metro, and close to the main attractions. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff was great. We had one small issue with our tv but staff immediately came. Wonderful cleaning service. We would definitely recommend and would recommend the breakfast as well!
