The hotel changed last minute said they were closing for winter and I agreed to stay at another hotel. I have no received my 3 redeemed nights that I stay at the other hotel

Pleasant location right on the beach

The hotel is rather run down and in need of an update however the location is lovely, right on the beach and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice pool that is well maintained. Everything is very basic and not what you would normally expect in a 4 star hotel however considering the cost of the rooms it is certainly good value for your money.

Disappointed

Dissaspojnted as the hotel was run down. Really there was nothing at all at explained from the website No toiletries no tea/coffee facilities in the room No pillowcases and bed linen The staff however were Friendly and helpful

We are sorry to hear your comments. The hotel was completely refurbished in 2016. We do not offer tea and coffee making facilities, indeed these are very rare in any hotel in Tunisia. Any extra linens can be requested 24 hours a day from reception

Hotel Miramar Thalassa

Would have been nice to know there was no lift. Changed my room as phone had been wrenched out of the socket and my view was a very large fern tree. This was no problem though. All the staff were very friendly, food was ok. Overall very satisfied. Was only able to use steam room at allocated hours and it wasnt working very well. Recommend spa treatments.

No internet, couldn't work

I can't recommend this hotel, because the internet was down for several days. Also, even when the internet was operating, wireless (which isn't free) is only available in the lobby. This is a lovely hotel, truly lovely. But I need to be able to work when I travel.

Wij heb all in geboek als wij drank gaan halen is op geen muziek de boxen zijn kapot eten waren slecht kamer zijn niet schoon noem maar op echt slecht hotel

Hôtel pas entrenu, tres mauvaise organisation, chambre sale, il faut faire la queue même pr de l'eau, même pour avoir une serviette de bain propre c'est compliqué. Le buffet ben parlons pas. Je ne trouve aucun point positif à donner à cet hôtel, l'horreur je suis même partie 1 jour avant Je regrette davoir réserve dans celui ci, il faut prendre les avis en compte car ils sont fondés! Fuyez le sinon vous le regretterez...

Chef de cuisine à revoir menu identique tout les jours petit déjeuné catastrophique Mais le pire sont l'isolation fenêtre et porte aucun moyen de ce reposé la nuit comme la journée
