Music from the restaurant went on until midnight. Air conditioning didn't work in one of our first rooms. Room service brought up a bottle of Coke, but no bottle opener. Food ordered through room service was mediocre. The single best thing about our stay was the staff. They were very accommodating and kind.

Affordability, very friendly and helpful staff, good food and good proximity of the hotel to several important places in Mombasa. Most definitely staying at Sapphire Hotel the next time am in Mombasa.

Disappointed. This hotel could be so good.

After arriving and checking in, we ordered a meal in the dining room by the swimming pool as a couple with 4 children. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas for the children to share. It took nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive!!! Very poor service for such a simple meal from the menu. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We booked 2 packet breakfasts as we were due to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were so disappointed... 3 small slices of watermelon and some warm flatbread. Nothing else - not even a drink. The worst packed breakfast ever...!!!

The hotel was nice but they didnt have WIFI on 7th floor. I struggled for a whole week of stay without internet. I asked for a room swap and it was denied. Staff dont provide feedback and you must follow up on your requests severally before they addressed. The towels are old and some are worn out.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, pool and service from staff. They were very helpful and ordered us a taxi for the trip back to the airport. A staff member also volunteered to assist us with getting change for a tuk tuk. Would stay here again.

Not bad but nothing to write home about

It's a decent place to stay. Room is noisey but staff are friendly and helpful. Room service quite good. Buffet breakfast quite good too (though only instant coffee). Do not disturb sign ignored by staff and woke us.

The hotel and accommodation was beautiful. The staff were amazing and incredible helpful. Thank you Gilbert for being so kind and for making my visit to Mombasa wonderful.
