Our second Elewana stay and again the service was top notch. The beach was lovely and the pool even better.

The small hotel and every single member of the kind, attentive and professional staff, plus the wounderful food, makes it a good hotel. Clean. Very attentive of them was the birthday song and show African style for my wife. The rooms and more its bathrooms are dated, some joints of the shower with black colour, I muss guess sponges, which doesn’t make me scared, but a cheap plastik brush, plastic bin and hair and shower gel to refill are definitively not 5 stars. Even our Mara camp had the Bulgary body lotion. We must mention that the assistant manager gave us a free room upgrade to avoid matrass problems between me and my wife. We are thankful.Unpolite I found the transportation policy. They tell that with a stay of four nights you get a free transport from/to your airport. For us, it was refused twice; in the reservation office of the hotel chain and by asking the assistant manager she only repeated what reservations told: two berooms for three nights is not as free as one bedroom of four nights. Two reservations of the same family, one for my son, both made in Expedia, six nights in total, is not the same than one of four nights. I myself don‘t understand that and found it legal robbery, because I accepted wishing to have this transfer. The way from Ukunda Airstrip was charged with 34 USD and the one to Mombasa Moi International with 81 USD. I will put a comment about this to Expedia complaints.
