The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but our place had roaches all over it. Now the kicker they expect you to pay more if you use to much electricity. If you're in the service industry you have to be prepared for tourist who can be wasteful with electricity and while I try to turn lights\AC off when not used you can't punish people for not. It was so bad,I stayed one night on a four day booking and offered to pay for two nights and asked for a refund for two nights but was giving a bunch of bad excuses why my refund hadn't been processed. I gave up. If this place was budget backpackers place I wouldn't have an issue but they claim luxury and charge accordingly so I warn you to not do business with this place.
