Disappointing, spa hotel with no spa.
Posted 22 Oct 2023 on HotelsThis was a great hotel in it s day, a bit derelict now. Staff was great, super professional. Problem was that this is adevrtised as having a spa and pool, and it s a thermal bath hotel, but we were told that the spa is closed so this was a great disappointment.

Room cleaned every day without fail

This hotel , connected with "thermes" isalone in the middle of mountains, about 10min driving from Prades. Surrounded by a nice park and with a heated, large swimmingpoo which, at the beginning of November was still heated! Their are large common spaces.The restaurant is very good. The hotel is outdated in style but all equipment is modern and OK . For example WIFI was excellent.Staff was very friendly . We stayed 2 nights in a junior suite, which beside a good kingsize bed had ansaloon corner.

Very NICE hotel if more cleaning n service.
Posted 24 Sep 2018 on HotelsOverall is a perfect resort type hotel, isolated and on hilltop. Gorgeous view and nice swimming pool. The service is limited and cleanning is unorganized. Put the clean towels on top of toilet cover has been biggest irritating act during our 18 days stay. Even though we kept warning them not to do that. SPA n thermal treatments are good and need to precook, and the live band and concerts held during our stay add the extra charm to this hotel.
