The AC is very loud. The curtain is torn. The continental breakfast was not fresh.

Very clean and the staff was wonderful! Good breakfast assortment too! Only complaint was that the A/C in our room was comically loud at inconsistent intervals and the TV would also not stay at a consistent volume.

Staff seems unhappy, the bed was beyond destroyed and cleaningless rooms. Pillows smelled bad and overall a bad experience. Cancelled midway on reservation and went a different place. If you have the opportunity to come, waste it.

The mattress was not in good condition and the pillows were terrible. There was no grab bar for the shower, which is especially unsafe for seniors. The television channel selection was poor. The breakfast was okay but there were coffee grounds in the coffee and sometimes it was way too strong. I would not stay at this hotel again.

There were no smiles when we were greeted upon first arrival. After some conversation I was able to elicit a smile from the clerk. It too about 6 attempts for the clerk to get my room cards. The first two didn't work and we went to get two more. There was a new clerk and again no smiles. Out of those two cards only one worked. The room floor had clearly been poorly vacuumed and there were many stains (disgusting) on the floor. The room also smelled very strongly of cleaning solutions. The furniture needed to be dusted. We were in a time crunch so we just dealt with it rather than change rooms. This motel could use some customer service training and accountability in the housekeeping/maintenance departments. There is either a training issue or a management issue. We would not stay there again.

The staff was the most amazing & helpful! I’ve stayed all over the USA & hands down the BEST staff!
