Misleading pictures
Posted 19 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe hotel doesn’t look like the pics on Hotels.com. There is no sauna as advertised on the website neither the view is the same. Is not that close to the weather. The hotel is lacking on character but it’s comfortable and breakfast is good.
Overall we found it overpriced for what it says it offers since many amenities where not there

Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback. If there is a sauna advertised on the site, we are sorry for this misinformation. I have now gone through our description on hotels.com and I can't seem to find any information that our hotel has a sauna, so hopefully this information is no longer there.I am sorry you feel misled by our pictures. All of our pictures on the website are taken from several rooms around the hotel. With 165 rooms in the hotel the view from a room will unfortunately vary depending on the room you have. If there was any specific you wanted to have a view of we gladly will take any room wishes from our guests and try to accommodate this if possible. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay fully. Kind Regards,

Comfortable room with a fantastic breakfast buffet in the morning. Wifi connection was not great.
