Staff had no idea how the hospitality works, they gave me a room that wasn’t what I reserved and paid for, adding that the room was dirty and smelly, phone and tv didn’t work, no breakfast was available after 8am. Would not stay there ever again.

I stayed 2 nights and my first night I wasn't able to get into my room because the card wasn't activated properly. The next morning I was woken up to constant doors slamming and housekeeping pounding on my door saying I had to check out. I explained I was there two nights and they argued until realizing I was right. I left day two and again went to my room after and the key was deactivated. Each time I had to return to the front desk for assistance. My second morning even more noise and slamming doors for hours. The shower was also giving me issues and made a lot of noise.

Right off I-80, easy parking, nice and clean room for the money.
