The property was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The on site restaurant was wonderful, and the serving staff were very friendly. Our reception on check-in was pretty abrupt and cool, and we think the receptionist was having a bad day. Other than that, the stay was very good, after considering that it is a pretty rustic hotel in an historic German town - but we liked that.

Deeply disappointed
Posted 16 Oct 2017I was shocked about the reception staff and once I saw the room I turned around and I was done with the place and left right away, I didn't stay one night even though I lost all my money as the hotel refused to at least reimburse me for some of the nights.
