This hotel is very much over priced and snobbish. The restaurant hung up on me when I called to order room service saying they were busy. No ironing board available in the hotel, how do business guest cope? No tea or coffe making facilities in rooms.

Great for business trips!

Stayed here 3 nights on a business trip. Great location for the company we were visiting, else a bit out of the way! Hotel staff is very nice and friendly, hotel is in great condition with good spacious room and sitting area and bathroom. However, no restaurants close to the hotel. Went for dinner the second night to downtown Munchengladbach - and couldn't get Uber back - but, luckily with the help of a couple of nice cops, got a cab! Either due to a mistake on my part or by Hotels.com or the hotel staff, got charged for breakfast when I thought it was part of the deal. Have to still sort that out with Hotels.com. But got charged Euro 90 for 2 days of breakfast for 2 people. I think that is EXCESSIVE - especially when they did not have a hot buffet or an extensive spread. While it was adequate, it was NOT worth Euro 22.50 per meal per person. Overall, a good place to stay on a business trip only - if you have work close by! Maybe it's just me - but avoid the breakfast - even tho, as you will see from the last picture, it is very nice! :) Staff is awesome - very nice and friendly and welcoming - no complaints there.

Jedoch gab es zwei Punkte in dieser, welche wir hier gerne richtig stellen würden: Das Frühstück kostet bei uns 15€ pro Tag und Person und nicht ihr angegebener Preis, da Sie 3 Mal hier geschlafen haben, haben Sie auch 3 Mal gefrühstückt. Unsere beiden hauseigenen Restaurants haben Sie leider nur zum Frühstück genutzt, auch wir haben ab 12 Uhr durchgehend warme Küche. Weitere Restaurants befinden sich in ca. 100 Meter Entfernung, gerne hätten wir Ihnen einen Plan diesbezüglich ausgehändigt. Wir würden uns sehr freuen wenn Sie bald wieder Gast bei uns wären und wir Sie auch zum Abendessen verwöhnen dürften mit unserer Sterneküche. The hotel was really nice staff very professional very helpful and most of all very friendly if i went to monchengladbach again i wouldnt stay here for me it is to far from the city centre and there is nothing else near there no shops or bars only the stadium

Great place to stay over to break up drive to Holland. We enjoyed so much we stayed another night. Great restaurants in Hotel, a littleness pricey, but if you want to enjoy a great dinner with great atmosphere this is the place!
