The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and the area had quite a few eating establishments within walking distance. Would stay again.

Doesn’t handle safety concerns

We were in a room on the first floor. On Saturday around midnight there was a very loud group outside and they were playing loud music, screaming, howling and banging on the wall outside our room. I called the front desk and they said they would tell them to quiet down. Unfortunately it did not help. They continued to be very loud. My husband went to the desk and waited 10 minutes for the clerk to come up front. The clerk said he would take care of it. The music was turned down but some of the people continued to stay outside and be loud. I looked out the window and they saw me. They hit the wall by our room and tried knocking on the window. This was absolutely unacceptable and it should never have gotten to this point. My son is autistic and he was very traumatized by this. I would never have spent the extra money to stay at this hotel if I knew this behavior was allowed.

I stayed here while my mom was in the Hospital. It was an easy 12 minute drive to Memorial Medical center and the area felt very safe and quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful when I needed to extend my stay an extra night and were able to keep me in the same room. I would definitely stay again.

A Cozy Stay with Great Amenities and a Pet-Friend

My recent stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, thanks to its commendable amenities and services. The highlight for me was the excellent bathroom, which combined functionality and style seamlessly. Additionally, the breakfast offered was truly exceptional, featuring a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. One notable drawback was the lack of dual queen bedrooms, which posed a slight inconvenience as my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed. While this was manageable, it did detract from the overall comfort of our stay. The room's layout was also a bit unconventional, leaning towards the smaller side. This initially seemed like a downside, but it was partially offset by the inclusion of a kitchen, which added a convenient and homely touch to our accommodation. A significant plus of this hotel is its pet-friendly policy. It was a relief to know that our furry family member was welcome, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. In summary, this hotel strikes a fine balance between quality offerings and areas for improvement, making it a solid choice for travelers who value good amenities and a pet-friendly environment.
