I didn't like stains on the sheets and bad quality breakfast.

We have stayed at other Springhill Suites and thought this one was not nearly as nice.

Even though there were women's softball teams in the hotel, everyone and everything went very nicely

We have been waiting more than 15 minutes and no one is at the desk. We cannot check in after a long road trip.
