This was absolutely disgusting, no sheets , pillow cases , pubic hair on toilet and in tub

Someone came into our room, went through our belongings used her**n and left there needles and our door wide open, Hotel staff verified this with CCTV footage and then informed us they were NOT responsible even though it was one of their employees that opened the door for the person who entered our room

This would be a wonderful hotel at a great price if it was cleaned properly. The hotel room floor was disgusting and the continental breakfast needs to be eliminated if they can’t do any better.

Room 1. Wifi hard to get into. No lampshade on the lamp. No phone in the room. Broken tiles on the floor. The bed was great and so were the pillows. Mini fridge had old spoiled food in it left from previous guest. Mini fridge did not work and food spoiled. Ice machines were all not working. Room 2. Wifi hard to get into. Bugs in the coffee pot. Mini fridge did not work and had old spoiled food left in it from previous guest. Ice machines were all not working. Breakfast juice machine did not work and was coated in old sticky juice. Nicole at front desk was super helpful and understanding of our frustration. She was the best part of the stay.
