We only had 3 towels in the room and could not get anymore until we turned those in, 2:30am smoke detecters battery started foing out and front desk could not get another one. So after listening to the beeping all night the maintenance guy opened the door at 6:30am while we were sleeping.

Mattress sagged in the middle and was lumpy. Bathroom fan could not remove moisture, fogged up after a 5 min shower. Mentioned to staff and said it was normal. Room had a musty smell to it, I’m guessing from the poor bathroom ventilation. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the edges of the tub.

Pool was not open, keys kept deactivating daily, had to wait for towels to get washed before you could get more trash sat at door for over 24 hours

Very limited parking close to hotel front. My room was very nice and clean.

Compared to the price I paid for this hotel verses the others I paid for in Kentucky and Florida panhandle on this trip, it wasn't a good value. Things are run down in the Hotel but the pictures online make you think the opposite. Check in clerk was not great. Later front desk people were good.

Property was clean and fresh, and Angela at the front desk was amazingly helpful when Orbitz left me standing at the front desk on hold with customer service for almost an hour due to a glitch in their system. Checked in on my own with Angela’s help and still on hold for an Orbitz refund, going on 70 minutes now, as I sit in my lovely room. Five stars for the hotel and for Angela, and if possible to leave Orbitz a negative rating I would.
