When arrived at hotel it was shut down. Had to go to a different hotel!!!!!

Saturday Night in Moberly
Posted 2 Jul 2018 on HotelsOur TV did not work and did not work through our whole stay. We did go out by the pool and eat our picnic dinner and that was OK. The room itself was pretty nice as far as we were concerned. The buffet at breakfast was like, at least a football field from our room. It was a back hallway and there was no place to sit. I went back in the kitchen as nobody was around, and was able to find some biscuits. They were really good though. We went up to Moberly to go to the Drive-in so it was a convenient place. I probably would stay there again but would make double sure our TV worked before accepting the room.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED

Pros: There was honestly nothing that I liked about this place.
Cons: Too much stuff to fix that i believe it is beyond repair.
Location: The location was great, and many places to shop in Moberly
I have stayed at numerous hotels in the past, but none compare to Moberly Inn & Suites. Upon walking in, the entire lobby smelled of smoke and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Entering the room, I found the bed to have old sheets (red stains and dirt everywhere), no towels, no toilet paper (actually it was a single half-used roll), no shampoo/conditioner, holes in the walls, and no actual light in the room. It was only lit by lamps at night and the lightbulbs didn't even work!! The front desk insisted that the bed had fresh sheets even though it had dirt and stains everywhere! Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. 0/10 rating if i could

I have been a guest at this motel several times under various management. This time it seemed to be unfriendly and not prepared for guests. There were not enough towels and washcloths. No soap to wash hands, let alone shower. No cups to get a drink of water. Missing TV remotes, spiders. The air conditioning was exceptional but the controls to turn it down were broken so it made for a cold night. We stayed there because they have a pool. There were men loitering around the outside of the motel. Next time I am in town, I will be staying elsewhere.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE HOTEL, NO TOWELS FOR HOURS! BEDS NOT MADE UP , DIRTY SHEETS LEFT IS FLOOR OF ROOM. MANAGER SEEMED TO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT GUESTS OR CONDITIONS, BREAKFAST, FORGET ABOUT THAT, THEIR COOK DIDN'T SHOW UP, SO THAT WAS CANCELED, NEEDED ITEMIZED RECEIPT FOR EMPLOYER, THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED EITHER
DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!

Stay Far Away!
Posted 13 Jun 2018Killed 6 bugs, room is hot, no crib or pack n play available, no towels in room, and TV needed maintenance. Hoping it will be better tomorrow. So, we also learned that they do not clean or restock the room and breakfast is definitely better being skipped. All of the staff we encountered were nice but need to have some uniform or name tag as they all looked like they are in street clothes. May have been some pimp and hooker situation in some of the rooms as well. Recommend choosing another hotel.

Too much to even put in writing!!!
#1 room they gave us WASNT READY, the inside lock was on like someone was in the room
No working smoke detector
No towels and acted like the ones we ask for were his own!
Was told they weren't pet friendly!!! 😡
Room we got WASNT CLEANED!
Walls, pictures were nasty dusty/dirty
Bathtub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months
Beds looked like my 10 year old grand daughter made them
One bed didn't have a blanket
No mini frig
Microwave was GROSS N HADNT BEEN CLEANED
$211 n change for 2 nights in a $25 a night hotel!!! Very upset!!!

Won’t be staying there again
Posted 8 Jun 2018 on HotelsQuestionable bedbug issue. Woman at front desk very helpful and nice. Man at front desk rude and worthless, wouldn’t even get up to give us towels. No breakfast Sunday morning. Hotel rundown.

Gross!
Posted 8 Jun 2018Dirty, smoky, gross. No towels, no pillow cases.
Trashed piled up outside the door. Our room shared a wall with a redneck bar connected to the hotel. Bar-goers hanging out outside of our room. Bad, bad experience.
