It’s a run down facility very disappointing not what the site represented.

Admittedly the air con did not cool very well as we are going to replace it during the next days before hot season. Unluckily you overused and broke the wall fan too while leaving without paying the damages. You even insisted that the tricycle special trip should be at P. 30 for the 6 kilometers, that's around USD 0.50(!!!). You even did not follow the house rules, your neighbor just reported, and made noise the whole night - that costs a fine of P. 1,000.00 but I just did not know about it.

Staff and owner are very courteous. They will cook food upon your request and taste good. Place is so quiet and relaxing. Perfect view of the beach. I will definitely return to this place.

Very clean and the owner was very nice and accommodating during our stay. We wil stay there again if we are in the area anytime.

Very bad location,No walking distance of restaurant, shopping. Dinner charged over the price of the menu. Charger for AC using,torn bedding. Uncomfortable pillows. Advertising doesn’t show the true reality of the hotel.

Our location is away from the public so it is cleaner and more beautiful with fresh air in our wonderful garden we take special care of for you and our guests every day. The walking distance to the next restaurant is around 3 minutes and there are several more at 5 minutes and 10 minutes distance. There is a little store where you can buy snacks in Sea Turtle House too. We offered you and then helped you out on election day when no-one wanted to work and provided a special service falling in line buying and transporting some very yummy chicken around 8 kilometers and adding rice nicely served at night time for you and your friend. This is not offered in the menu. You could easily rent a scooter that would be brought to your doorstep but you preferred to listen to the intrigues of some competitors so everything from us is automatically bad. Of course as you reserved a non air con room and you like to upgrade to air con there is an extra charge. Also if you twist the bedding it might get torn and every-one likes the pillow a little different from all others. I entertained the two of you for some hours but that cannot do much against unfair intriguing brainwash attempts from some competitors who pretend to be "much cheaper and better" and instead they offer you nothing but night noise areas in stinky sunrise in the morning to be honest. The true reality of the hotel is something that you did not discover as you only stayed in your room and in the restaurant but did not even walk true the resort.

Excellent service Some mosquitoes seen inside our room , bathroom with foul smell, got little better after sprayed with deodorizer Food was great

Thanks for the great score. If you keep your entrance door closed no insects can enter as we use mosquito screens at the windows. I lately instructed the cleaning team to flush the floor drain every time they clean the room as there might be some urine and dirt inside.

The bathroom is dirty, smelly and the room is dark and uncomfortable. We wanted to check out the very moment we got in the room plus no available wifi in the room, the owner is not pleasant and very nasty plus there are a lot of mosquitos. We will not use the property in the future not to be recommended to friends.

I immediately investigated about dirty and smelly bathroom and dark and uncomfortable room. Most of our guests don't agree with that but something could have gone wrong this time. May I ask why you did not mention that immediately so that we could have solved the problem. At this time I was very bothered by other people for quite some time and my face may not have looked happy about it - that is to be considered. But surely I was very respectful and helpful to you even if my smile did not function. I also understand that you and your wife in your probably sixties traveled and just arrived from a forty hours trip from the USA, did not have a rest and even just wanted to continue to Simala and Cebu City this one or the next day. I think you were totally stressed out and you thought you are probably in your twenties again to rush around like that. It's surely better to take it easy, to work together with those who try to help you and to travel with patience in the Philippines while enjoying the place and not the trip. But that's only a great advice.

Sea turtle needs help

I believe that this hotel in its hey day was well worth every penny but today isn’t that day. The restroom has a pungent urine smell that lingered our entire stay. The towels were made out of some type of material that doesn’t absorb water making it difficult to dry off after a shower. I recommend that the bed be replaced as they offer no comfort and you are basically sleeping on the frame. I would recommend you buying your own snorkel gear/ life jackets as they don’t have enough to accommodate the hotel. To add to that the the snorkel gear is full of mold and needs to be replaced. They require you to pay a deposit fee (1,000 pesos) to maintain the equipment when they clearly don’t maintain anything. They also posted terroist sign to deter you from booking tours with outside agents to keep the money in-house. I also see no reason to place political pictures in your hotel ESPECIALLY when your nationality is far from the USA. We loved the location as it is very quiet and peaceful but so many factors deter my family from visiting the hotel again. STAY AWAY

It looks like accidentally many things went wrong to you in a very short period of time. That's something that far as I know did not happen to others for years. But at that moment the best masks and snorkels were taken already eventually or you just selected the wrong one by accident and I just let someone clean them all two weeks ago and added a new one so that we have around eight very good ones while damaged ones were still down inside. I scolded also the lady why she just paid back all the deposits while receiving back damaged masks. We solved many of those problems already without your writing. After some-one related to the competition most likely \brainwashed' you, you may have been deluded and believed everything. That happened also before and thereafter the offender brought our guest to the worst quality competitor for to get a commission. So many around here are so totally jealous with our guesthouse. I wonder that it even disturbed you that I posted a picture of Donald Trump and Mr. Xi hoping that their trade war will end soon, showing them as almost friends together as they were before. You were here around Christmas as I can see on your picture and it makes me a bit sad that you unluckily did not get the spirit of Christmas in your stay.

A wonderful hotel with such knowledgable and friendly staff who helped us organise two incredible days out and with general advice regarding the area and travel. Would 100% recommend to everyone!
