This place was a great value! A small pool, a place to clean bikes and shoes. The room smelled clean and was spotless. The mattress was very nice. You are next to everything, almost walking distance to everything downtown. The only negative is that the rooms sit close to the road and you get a lot of road noise at night, the cost of setting next to everything. If we come back we will stay there again!

Welcome to the noisiest little motel room in Moab :room 129 !! As you lay your head down to rest, it will literally be about 5 feet from the busiest road/highway in the area. Loud 18 wheelers , loud motorcycles, and loud pick ups will entertain your night with a variety of sleep depriving entertainment. DO NOT book this motel last minute or you will get the infamous room 129!
After booking, call them to get a guarantee of No room 129 , or 128 for that matter Or u will regret it ! Moab is small and staying anywhere is close to restaurants or shopping.. renter beware!

We understand the importance of a good night's sleep and are constantly working on solutions to minimize the impact of traffic noise on our guests. May is a particularly busy time for us, and your room was one of the last available due to the late booking. Please be assured that we do not allocate rooms based on the booking platform or penalize you for a late booking; it's simply the last room we have available. We've had many guests who are very happy with room 129, but we recognize that everyone's preferences are different. We did offer to relocate your room the following day or provide a refund for the remainder of your stay if you chose to go elsewhere and opted to stay. Your suggestion to call ahead for room preferences is a good one, and we're happy to accommodate such requests whenever possible. We have many repeat customers who enjoy their stays with us, and I do believe the previous reviews reflect this sentiment. We hope you consider giving Moab another chance and can help recommend other establishments. There are a lot of beautiful accommodations in Moab. And again, we offer our sincerest apologies for your disturbance.

It’s an older hotel but it has been well taken care of. Very clean and a lot of extra little things that most place don’t offer!! Great place. We will stay there again

The management needs to invest in double pane glass windows with sound-dampening drapes. The street noise is terrible, all night, even with ear plugs. A second layer of drywall with a gap or other soundproofing on the wall exposed to road noise would also help. Additionally, one can see air under the door. A sweep and door insulation would help. Checking in and out was professional. When I pay about $200 per night blended rate weekdays, I expect the owner to invest in reasonable sound and road noise management.

Great motel that caters to adventurers-they supply a bike washing area, free laundry, rags to clean gear, a freezer to refreeze your ice packs. The motel is very clean and has spacious rooms. Great location - right in town. The only drawback is the lack of view.
