Loved staying here. Only drawback is when having dinner/drinks the toilet facilities are a fair trek and on a different floor.

Location was convenient. One of the 4 elevators in my bank was out for today's resulting in long delays.
TheHotel has access to Alexanderplatz but this entrance was closed making one around the block through construction, which surrounded the Hotel on 3 sides.

Great location. The rooms are small but contain all you need. However they are very noisy, especially at night, walls are thin and there are not enough lifts for the hotel. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes each time you need the lift. I also think it’s unfair to charge people 2€ per bag to be left in the luggage hold, when they have already paid for the room and city tax

I stayed for business and it was fine at best. Not my first choice by ANY means but I slept fine.

Everything was on our doorstep and within walkihg distance such as train station, hop on hop off bus, shops and some landmarks.. TV tower right opposite our hotel
