I was placed in a room modified for pets even though I don't have a pet. Regardless the the carpet had been removed so it was just laminate flooring covering. I had spilled a bit of water emptying my cooler and when I wiped it up the towel was black with dirt and animal hair.I then looked around checking the cleanliness of the bathroom etc. I found the tub littered with human hair, the floor in the bathroom the filthy, the shower head crusty with water minerals, the appliances in the room not dusted off. Then I pulled back the the comforter there's dog hair in the sheets. That was the last straw. I went to the front desk and was told that the only other room available was in the 3rd floor with no elevator. I requested clean sheets and remained where I was. The morning came I went out to my vehicle for a few minutes and when I returned to my room I was nearly nauseous from the smell of animal feces. I will never return to this establishment again.

The staff was completely unaware of how to do their jobs. ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT. RUDENESS DESERVES THE ONLY 5 stars

The location and everything was adequate. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. My only complaint is the BED! We had a king size bed and my husband and I literally rolled to the middle when we got in it, it was horrible and so very uncomfortable. The bed needs REPLACED! I am sore all over from trying to sleep in it for 3 nights!

Our room wasnt clean there was urine in the toilet still pubes all over the toilet bowl , dirty towels hanging in the bahtroom wet and clearly used. We called the front desk and was told they would rely the mesaage to the manager as he or she was standing there at the time we didn't receive any sort of apologies for the inconvenience nor did they offer a fix

Hard boiled egg under recliner....no carpet so floor looked like it wasnt swept since there were crumbs along dresser and bed...no drinking glasses ....
